Withdrawal form

For your information in advance:

You have the right to withdraw your order up to 14 calendar days after receipt without giving any reason. You will have another 14 calendar days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product without an expiry date will be returned to PastFutureTimes with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

To exercise this right, please contact PastFutureTimes using the online or download form below. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 calendar days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

for products made by us to your order and/or in accordance with your specifications. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if PastFutureTimes clearly stated this in the offer, at least in good time before concluding the agreement.
