What happens after my order is completed in the webshop?

After you have entered and paid for your order in the webshop, you will receive (at least) the following messages:

  • A confirmation of receipt from PastFutureTimes about your order (email),
  • a notice from the carrier for receipt of delivery (email),
  • A message from PastFutureTimes about the completion of the order with invoice ( email),
  • one or more messages from the carrier on the progress of the transport (emails).
